Lamb Shanks
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, place a little flour into an oven bag and shake to coat. Discard excess flour.
Place shanks into the oven bag side by side and bake for 1.5 hours.
Turn oven off and let the shanks sit in the oven for a further 1/2 hour.
Remove from the oven and serve on a bed of mashed potato with your favourite veggies.
